SW- Explains what a board does, compares duties to that of a non profit board.

JL- Public forum was success for IRV campaign.  We got the attention we needed to move things forward with the commission.

SW- Reads Move To Amends anti-corp personhood resolution for Portland.

All- Consensus to endorse anti-corp personhood resolution.
